2017 Blainville Winter Fest

Took place on 2017 February 18th

We were delighted with the enthusiastic participation of citizens in the manufacture of ice balloons. Many were parents and children, who showed up, determined to awaken a flower. The mild temperature attracted a cheerful and participative crowd, intrigued to illuminate the garden in so a wide range of colors.
